Who we are
Zelphor is a small software team. We take on a focused number of projects at any given time, and we take each one seriously.
We work with founders building something new, operators running businesses that have outgrown their tools, and companies that need software built to last — not to impress a pitch deck.
Our work is not the product of a handoff chain. The people who scope your project are the people who build it. That's not a selling point for its own sake — it's the only way to maintain the kind of continuity that produces good software.
We are selective because we have to be. A rushed project with misaligned expectations doesn't serve anyone well. When we take on your work, we're committed to it.

Technical quality
We don't cut corners to ship faster and fix it later. The cost of poor structure compounds quickly. We do it right the first time or flag when the timeline doesn't allow for it.

If a project isn't feasible in scope, timeline, or budget, we say so before taking it on. Once underway, we surface problems early rather than managing optics.
